(1) After the feasibility or development program and budget are submitted, the department may ask the contractor to submit additional information needed to evaluate the program and budget within thirty days.
(2) Within sixty (60) days of the submission of each potential or development program and budget or additional information, the department may advise the contractor to make any amendments it deems appropriate in accordance with the prevailing oil sector practices. The department will approve the program and budget after the contractor makes the amendments as mutually agreed upon.
(3) If revisions to the approved program and budget are necessary due to new geological information or more appropriate petroleum industry technology, the department and the contractor shall mutually agree to make revisions.
